I work out. A good hard swim or long walk always helps me.

this is a good one, i might post something similar on my own page.
i tend to mope/cry.
or occasionally, i'll throw something. but generally only at inanimate objects... hmmmm
jogging helps, though it doesn't eliminate ALL my unhappiness. there are still times i get very aggro/emo when pumped up by endorphins from exercise!
or i'll listen to an angry symphony, like i am now (brahms no. 4), but i do this less often these days. sometimes even the sentiments of 'old' composers isn't enough to quell...
i usually eat, when i'm angry. anger and food just seem to go well together... hmmmm

Me also - can be harder to manage anger or annoyance when I'm stuck in a small space. Sometimes I use humor to mask frustration, or use it as motivation to accomplish something, or just grimace when no one is looking :)

How are you? Haven't heard from you in awhile.
